Herbway has large-scale plant extraction factory, with advanced production lines and equipment of plant extraction, separation, concentration, refining, drying, mixing, and has rich production experience and mature management system. So far, Herbway has successfully developed more than 500 kinds of standardized plant extracts and more than 100 kinds of Chinese herbal functional compounds, with an annual production capacity of more than 1,000 tons.
Herbway has outstanding scientific researchers in the field, and has long-term cooperation with research institutions such as the Biomedical Industrialization Pilot Science and Technology Public Service Platform of Xiangnan University, the Natural Products Center and the National Sub-health Intervention Center Laboratory of Hunan Agricultural University.
Herbway has established the laboratory that meets CNAS standards and established the Herbway Research Institute relying on the Biomedical Industrialization Pilot Science and Technology Public Service Platform of Xiangnan University. Professor Wang Junjie of Xiangnan University serves as the director of the institute. Currently, the platform has 33 full-time researchers, has completed more than 20 pilot projects, assisted in applying for 1 "National Geographical Indication Product", and obtained 2 international patents and 10 national invention patents.
