Milk thistle extract, also known as silymarin. It is a mixture in which the main active ingredient is silybin, the chemical structure of which is shown in the image above. Silybin is mainly an antioxidant in the body, which can inhibit the production of free radicals and inhibit the superoxidation of lipids, thus protecting the liver.
